What to Expect

During your screen, a licensed physical therapist will discuss your pain points and how they are affecting your day-to-day activities. As part of the screen, our physical therapist will provide you with a proposed personalized treatment plan to get you started on living a pain-free life. This screen is at NO COST to you. 

Register for a screen if you feel:

• NECK Pain
• SHOULDER Pain
• KNEE Pain
• Or want to learn INJURY/FALL PREVENTION.

Screens are not a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation or treatment; however, they are performed by a licensed physical therapist.
